It's not that I can't block him. It's just that I don't block people unless the circumstances are extreme. Like any tools, you have to respect themm and use them cautiously. I don't block people because it's not only a needlessly rude gesture, but it's also insanely ineffective and !mmature. Think about it. It blocking was effective throughout all of these years, this site should be amazing. Yet it's quite the opposite. The people and scene is beyond deplorable. People have lost the art of communicating, listening, reasoning and problem solving. We rely solely by putting an ineffective shot term Band-Aid on an issue and thinking blocking will somehow solve the issues on long term. It doesn't. It only makes the scene overall worse as we continually shelter and divide ourselves from everyone on a social networking platform that's designed for unity. What irony! There are extensive blogs out there on the topic of how blocking has eroded the scene. I'd highly suggest tracking some down and reading them over. You might be a great guy who means well, but I think your thinking is somewhat flawed on that matter. The more we stop blocking people and the sooner we begin communicating problems is the day this site and society itself begins improving. It's not about blocking people who are rude and uncooperative, but it's more about how you personally take action and speak out about it, which will shape how the scene improves. I'm not sold on his profile being hacked. He's merely a friend collector of 19.6K friends. Nothing more really. If anything more, he's just looking for an easy catch without investing any effort. I literally deal with dozens of guys like this every week and it's the same old story with the majority of them. The very minute you begin questioning them on something is the very moment they start ignoring you and playing silly games. I've seen this guy making comments to other comment sections. That tells me he is around and selectively choosing who to reply to and who to just ignore. And just as a side note. That JustSteve08 I referred to in my other note proved to be just as rude and ignorant. I tried to help him out and all and he turns around and gets stupid and blocks people. A lot wrong with this scene and much just stems from behavior.
